SYMPTOMS OF LOW IODINE: COLD HANDS AND FEET

by Theresa on October 9, 2012

How will you know you need iodine? Well you do know you have cold feet and hands, frequency of urination, your blood pressure has always been low, you gain weight

From your doctor’s blood test your clinical iodine levels are low normal. Well, who is responsible for setting the levels? Maybe your values fall just above the normal low.

Since I have been taking iodine I am not running to the bathroom all the time, my hands and feet are not always cold, my blood pressure is normal and I have so much energy.

Remember I am not a doctor and don’t have the authority to give you advice, so seek medical advice first.

But for me, taking iodine has been a key to me feeling better.
